For Singaporeans
1. What is the currency used on the website?
The currency that our store transacts in is
USD. This is because we cater to international consumers who are looking for gift personalization services.
The currency exchange rate from USD to SGD will be determined by the mode of payment that you choose or the bank of which your credit card is from.
2. What other modes of payment are available if I do not have a Paypal account or a Credit Card?
1. Firstly, you need to be a member with us.
So,
please register an account.
2. Select the item that you want but leave it in your shopping cart without checking it out.
3.
Email us with the following details:
a. Your Username and User ID #
b. Your Email Address
c. Your Contact Details (i.e. HP no.)
d. Item name
e. Quantity
f. Shipping address
g. Payment mode : by iBanking/ATM
We will verify with your account details and shopping cart and we'll get back to you with an invoice with payment details.
After which, you can do a
FUND TRANSFER to us through either Internet Banking (iBanking) or an ATM.
OPTION A
Through iBanking
1. Sign up for iBanking with any of the local banks.
2. Make a transfer to the bank account stated in the invoice.
3. After transferring, reply back to us with the following details:
a. iBanking Nickname
b. Total amount transferred
c. Order number details.
In your email, please also include the whole receipt of the iBanking transaction.
OPTION B
Through ATM
All ATM transfers must be accompanied
by a snapshot of your ATM receipt.
1. Go to the specified bank's ATM machine and make a transfer to the bank account stated in the invoice.
2. After transferring, reply back to us with the following details:
a. Your bank account number
b. Transaction Reference no.
c. Date and Time of Transfer
d. Total amount transferred
e. Order number details.
If for any reason, the order does not pull through, we will carry out an immediate refund to you.
Hence, it is important for you to provide us with your account details.
Please be patient and await our reply. We will reply you with the invoice within 24 hours of your first email.
For Bulk Orders
1. I plan to order my design in bulk. Is there any special discount for me?
You will need to order a minimum of
10 pieces of the
SAME design in order to qualify for our bulk order discount.
Firstly, select the item that you want but leave it in your shopping cart without checking it out.
Then
email us at support[a]juicygiftstore.com with the following details:
a. Your Username and User ID #
b. Your Email Address
c. Item name
d. Quantity
e. Billing address
f. Shipping address
We will then contact you within 1-2 working days with the necessary information.
